California Privacy Notice

Effective date: June 3, 2026

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). It describes the categories of personal information we collect, the sources and purposes, the parties we disclose to, whether we sell or share that information, and your rights.

Sale and sharing of personal information

In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the categories above to the categories of third parties listed for the purposes described. Because we share information with contractors, dealers, service providers, call centers, lead platforms, and advertising/analytics partners to match consumers and measure advertising, some of these disclosures are considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a “limit” option, but we honor such requests where applicable.

Your California rights

  • Right to know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, purposes, and third parties.
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or email [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Where required by law, we also honor a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser or device on which it is received.

Verification

To protect your information, we will verify your request by matching the information you provide (such as name, email, and phone) against our records before fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct. We may request additional information if we cannot verify your identity with what we have. We will not use verification information for any purpose other than verification.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us. Check the “authorized agent” box on the request form and provide the agent’s contact details.
