In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the categories above to the categories of third parties listed for the purposes described. Because we share information with contractors, dealers, service providers, call centers, lead platforms, and advertising/analytics partners to match consumers and measure advertising, some of these disclosures are considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a “limit” option, but we honor such requests where applicable.
Submit a request on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or email [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Where required by law, we also honor a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser or device on which it is received.
To protect your information, we will verify your request by matching the information you provide (such as name, email, and phone) against our records before fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct. We may request additional information if we cannot verify your identity with what we have. We will not use verification information for any purpose other than verification.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us. Check the “authorized agent” box on the request form and provide the agent’s contact details.
